Repair After Harm : Building resilience

  • Lay the foundations to rebuild organizational trust and cultural integrity after the experience of workplace trauma or systemic failure
  • Surface and name legacy patterns and unmet needs that the system feels with the goal to transform fracture into cohesion across levels
  • Recommit to shared purpose through facilitated repair using trauma-informed processes designed to hold discomfort with dignity
  • Co-create new trust agreements that emerge from truth
